Inspection Charges
The cost of inspection is £125 +VAT per device.
Should there be no fault found or if the device is beyond economical repair, this will be reduced to £85 +VAT. If the device has failed through normal wear and tear, it will be repaired in line with our contractual terms.
Return Instructions
- For all returns, please add your details to the top section of the form.
- For every device you wish to send for inspection, please use a new line, ensuring all fields are completed and an accompanying photograph showing the condition of the device is attached.
- Please raise a PO to cover the total cost of inspection and add the PO number to each line.
- Hit submit.
Once we have received your request, we aim to respond within 24 hours. At this point we will provide you with a returns (RMA) number and confirm the address that you need to send the device(s) to.
