Experienced Security Leadership
Securitas Technology’s leadership team represents some of the most experienced professionals across the security industry. These individuals serve our clients and colleagues with their commitment to our mission and relentless pursuit of excellence – both of which help cultivate our success.
Tony Byerly is Global President & CEO of Securitas Technology, a member of Securitas Group Management and a proven business leader. Under Tony’s leadership, the company has grown to become the second largest global electronic security provider. Over his more than 30-year career in the industry, Tony has held numerous leadership positions and grown profitable businesses across the globe.
Prior to joining Securitas, Tony was Executive Vice President, Global Security at Diebold, Inc, and before that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of STANLEY Security. He was inducted into the Security Hall of Fame for his distinguished service to the industry and recognized as the definitive “builder of brands, businesses and teams” and cited as “one of the most accomplished and influential executives in the modern security industry.” Tony is passionate about the client experience and is committed to keeping clients at the heart of the business.
Felix Gonzales, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies and business development initiatives. Felix has more than 25 years of security experience in senior strategy, business development and sales leadership roles for security companies. He is known for his expertise in innovative and transformational programs that enhance the client experience, strengthen business partnerships and drive business growth.
As President of Securitas Technology North America, Kevin Engelhardt leads all commercial activity in the U.S., Canada and Mexico to drive results across the organization. With more than 20 years of senior operations and financial management responsibility, Kevin’s experience in the security industry is evident in his intense focus on client experience. Paired with his passion to put the customer at the forefront of every decision, Kevin uses data and density models to drive unparalleled operational efficiency.
As President Securitas Technology Europe, Sabrina Drigout Stainburn is responsible for implementing the global technology strategy, building out the Securitas Technology organization and overseeing all Securitas Technology operations across Europe. Sabrina is an accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience – including leadership roles at several prominent security companies – and is a vital strategic leader with a track record for driving growth, profitability and business efficiencies.
Nelson Barreto is Senior Vice President, Global Clients for Securitas Technology. He leads the Global Clients Program, focusing on systems integration and global enterprise opportunities. With nearly two decades of experience in the electronic security industry, Nelson works effectively across borders and business teams to deliver clients best-in-class technology solutions at scale in a range of markets.
Brad McMullen is the President of Security Products & Solutions, a division of Securitas Technology that encompasses the 3xLOGIC, Sonitrol and PACOM brands. Brad has more than 20 years of experience and achievements across product development, product marketing, commercialization and leadership roles. He’s passionate about solving client problems and pain points, and has a proven track record of results and leadership.
As Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Securitas Technology, Marianne Potterton is responsible for championing and advancing our Human Resources (HR) strategy for the business across all operations. With over 20 years of extensive global HR experience in complex organizations, operating across 70 countries and six continents, Marianne has led global teams focused on building strong company cultures with highly engaged team members, achieving business objectives by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
David Cantos is Senior Vice President of Global Finance for Securitas Technology. He is responsible for the company’s financial planning & analysis, reporting, accounting and controls. David has 20 years of experience in audit, finance and accounting, of which over 10 years were spent in the security industry. David joined Securitas Technology through the acquisition of Stanley Security, where he served as the Global Controller. David is a trusted, collaborative leader who strives to help serve our clients through driving efficient business processes.
Mike Beattie is SVP, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Securitas Technology. He is responsible for enterprise information technology long-term strategy and the applications and technology support for the business across all operations. He is also responsible for all technology services, operations and applications for Securitas Technology employees.
Ina Staris is Vice President, Legal and General Counsel for Securitas Technology. Ina is an attorney and business counselor with over 20 years of experience in the electronic security and fire services industry. She is an experienced corporate legal specialist, strategic business partner and has been a key advisor to several national and international companies on all aspects of general corporate, litigation, commercial and compliance matters.
Ashwin Kataria is Senior Vice President of Performance Excellence for Securitas Technology. He is responsible for the company’s financial management, planning and analysis, accounting and other financial services. Ashwin brings to the position more than 15 years of senior financial management experience in the security industry as well as deep expertise in corporate development, finance and M&A.
As the Chief Marketing Officer of Securitas Technology, Julieta Verrier is responsible for driving the company's global marketing strategy and creating powerful brands that have a commercial impact. She has a keen focus on digital-first approaches and always prioritizes the needs of the client. With more than 20 years of experience in growing market share and developing award-winning brand and messaging strategies, Julieta is a highly creative and commercially astute professional.
As General Manager of France, Matthieu Le-Taillandier is responsible for leading the region to deliver best-in-class technologies and services to support organizations in their efforts to achieve operational excellence. With more than 20 years of global experience in electronic security and technology, Matthieu’s areas of expertise are electronic security, growth strategies in a technological environment, and business transformation. He has managed multicultural teams in EMEA – placing a strong focus on diversity leadership, agile leadership, continuous learning and the growth mindset.
As General Manager, Northern Europe, Anna is responsible for driving growth, client focus, and operational excellence in the Northern Europe region including Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Ireland, and Denmark. Anna has more than 20 years of international leadership experience developing strategies, growing business and running multi-country organizations in large technology and security companies. Anna is a passionate leader acknowledged for value-based leadership and the ability to create strong, diverse, winning teams. Her key strengths include engaged leadership, continuous learning, and a strategic mindset.
As General Manager of Securitas Technology Central Europe, Ismail Uzelli is responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to the electronic security teams across Europe. In this role, he drives specialization, organic and acquisitive growth and increased collaboration among the European businesses. Ismail brings to the position nearly three decades of experience in the security industry.
As Chief Operating Officer for North America, Damon is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic partner and business operations, as well as leading centralized services and establishing standardized business processes. Damon has more than 25 years of security experience in senior operations, customer service and project management leadership roles. He has a strong track record of building teams and processes that deliver operational excellence and client satisfaction, while helping organizations increase productivity and efficiency
