In partnership with the Security Industry Association (SIA), Securitas Technology is excited to offer its new Apprentice program. This program is your gateway to becoming a skilled technician in one of the most dynamic and essential fields today, helping to make the world a safer place.
This program combines hands-on, On-the-Job (OTJ) learning with comprehensive classroom or virtual training courses designed to give you the knowledge and experience you need to succeed.

- Industry Knowledge - Benefit from classroom and virtual training courses and product training that will equip you with the expertise in leading security technologies

Duration - Approximately 1 Year

Partnership with SIA - In collaboration with the Security Industry Association (SIA), the program which is approved by the US Department of Labor, leverages industry-leading insights and standards, positioning our apprentices for success within the global security landscape.

Mentorship - You will be assigned a Mentor to guide and support you throughout your journey.

Certification - Earn various industry certifications upon successful completion of the program.

Pay Adjustments - Enjoy pay increases as you reach key milestones in the program.

Graduation Bonus - Receive a $2,000 bonus 180 days after graduating from the program.

Promotion to Service Technician - Upon completion of all program requirements, you will be promoted to a Service Technician with an additional pay adjustment to current market rates in geographic area.

Upon graduating from the Apprentice Program, you will be promoted to a Service Technician, with opportunities to advance within Securitas Technology. Graduated Apprentices can also explore and apply for open roles in different branch locations or other areas of our business.
